Information Technology Commodity Council (ITCC)

1 Sync provided support to the Information Technology Commodity Council (ITCC) for Business Enterprise Systems (BES).  This support encompassed assisting the ITCC find innovative ways to improve capabilities and lowering life-cycle costs by effectively managing IT commodities, integrating customer requirements with supplier capabilities, increasing enterprise-wide standardization and leveraging the Air Force’s large purchasing volume for more effective competition. 1 Sync assisted by providing business analytical services to assist the ITCC with its operations and development, management of strategies for execution of IT commodity buying, contract strategies and life-cycle cost reduction. 1 Sync also assisted in the areas of Project Management Support and Commodity Strategy Development, providing spend analysis, performing market research and market analysis, developing sourcing strategies and developing business case analysis.

Air Force Way (AFWAY)

1 Sync provided support to the AFWAY for BES. AFWAY is the current AF web-based interface for securely and efficiently ordering IT hardware and software assets. As a sub-contractor, 1 Sync assisted in providing sustainment support, program management support and development support utilizing the Agile Methodology. 1 Sync also provided information assurance (IA) support to ensure AFWAY can operate on the AF Global Information Grid (GIG), ensure compliance to FISMA, NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Base Support and Expeditionary (BAS&E) Planning Tool System Program Management Office Support

1 Sync provides support to BAS&E program for Business Enterprise Systems (BES).  1 Sync provides program management support in the areas of requirements development, risk management, configuration management, test management, user training development and management and quality assurance support. Our team is assisting the program in transitioning from a waterfall methodology to an agile software development. Our efforts assist the BAS&E program in transitioning from being hosted in GCSS-AF to the Amazon Cloud (AWS).

Joint Operation Medical Program (JOMIS)

1 Sync provides support to the JOMIS Program management office.  Our team assists in modernizing, deploying and sustaining the Department of Defense’s (DoDs) operational medicine information systems. This is accomplished by fielding the DoD Modernized Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution while developing and fielding new theater capabilities to enable comprehensive health services to deployed forces across the range of military operations. Our team provides subject matter experts to coordinate implementation and life cycle management in support of all healthcare information system products as well as provide training and management oversight at various MAJCOMS and COCOMS across the DOD.

Theater Medical Information Program (TMIP)

1 Sync provides technical, functional and program management support to the TMIP-AF program office in the accomplishment of its mission of patient care to include air evacuation (AE) and deployment of systems in support of the warfighters in theater, supporting humanitarian missions and natural disasters. Our team ensures the deployed systems meet all information assurance standards and maintain hardware and software architecture compatibility. Our efforts also provide Information Management and Training Support, Systems Administration, Lifecycle Management Support, 24/7/365 Tier 1, 2, and 3 Helpdesk technical support, configuration management support, system integration and Verification and Validation Engineering Support.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contract Management Close Out Support

1 Sync provided administrative and contract close out support to support the DLA Disposition Services in Huntsville, AL.  Our team provided contract administration, contract closeout and reconciliation of late deliveries to include but not limited to reviewing and extracting data from Management of Contract Administration (MOCA), Electronic Document Access (EDA), Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) and Logistics Modernization Program Systems. 1 Sync support staff was responsible for researching, analyzing and recommending solutions and initiating the necessary actions to reconcile any discrepancies in the data extracted. Additionally, our team was responsible for the resolution of any un-liquidated obligations (ULO), canceling funds and termination of contract actions based on research.

Defense Logistics Agency Overseas Technical Management Support

1 Sync supported the DLA Information Operations Europe and Africa J6 mission by providing direct support to DLA activities supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and other OCONUS contingency operations. Our team provided cleared, IAT Level II and IAT Level III certified support in the areas of Information Systems Security Engineering, Systems Administration and Network Engineering services to DLA Information Operations Europe and Africa J6 Enterprise Services.

Joint Communication Support Element (JCSE) Stop Gap Support

1 Sync provided non-personal support services to the JCSE. 1 Sync helped JCSE to quickly and effectively employ cleared personnel in the areas of Administrative Support, Budget Administration Support, Information System Security Support, Information Assurance support and Telecommunication support to ensure systems and resources are ready for peacetime and wartime environments. Our efforts assisted the organization with developing and maintaining JCSE’s cybersecurity program, assisted in planning and developing methods, procedures, policies and techniques governing command wide decision on computer networks and telecom systems as well as provide a variety of budgetary, administrative and statistical functions to support budget formulations.

Joint Communication Support Element (JCSE) Joint Task Force Support (JTF)

1 Sync provides joint task force technical support to JCSE and the assigned locations across the world. 1 Sync provides IAT certified and secured personnel to support JCSE in the areas of network administration, system administration, database management, administration, system integration, training, software implementation, information assurance, satellite communication (SATCOM) and infrastructure support. Our team operates as first responders and problem solvers in support of the warfighters in theater, supporting humanitarian missions and natural disasters and must be prepared to deploy within 72 hours notification in support of the mission.

United States Air Force 42 Medical Group (MDG) Clinical Pharmacist

1 Sync provides credentialed personnel to support the 42 Medical Group in the area of Clinical Pharmacy. Our support team works with physicians, other health professionals and patients to ensure that the medications prescribed for patients contribute to the best possible health outcomes.

Air University (AU) Associate-to-Baccalaureate Cooperative (ABC) and the General Education Mobile (GEM) Program Management and Administrative Support

1 Sync provide support to Air University Community College of the Air Force (CCAF), which partners with over 108 affiliated Air Force schools, 82 Education Service Offices located worldwide and more than 1,500 civilian academic institutions to serve approximately 300,000 active, guard and reserve enlisted personnel.  Our team provides program management and administration oversight to AU-ABC schools and degree programs, coordinates with schools and staff on accomplishing needed updates, coordinate and processes new schools and degree program submissions, provides research and input on school’s acceptability and supports ongoing efforts to expand specific degree program options.

Centralized Alabama Recipient Eligibility System (CARES)

1 Sync provided support to CARES.  Our team assisted CARES in responding to customer queries either in person, over the phone, or via email relating to technical issues related to CARES systems, software and hardware. We also assisted in onboarding new users via active directory and deployed teams to install, test, configure and update new workstations, peripheral equipment and software.

Alabama Medicaid Agency

1 Sync provided support to the Alabama Medicaid Health Information Exchange (HIE). Our team directly supported the Director of Alabama One Health Record in upgrading medical systems and interfacing them with Medicaid health record systems.  We also managed HIE Vendor contract requirements, reviewed and confirmed vendors’ deliverables were met and ensured Quality Assurance standards were following Federal, State, HIPAA and ISO standards.

Air Force Training Record (AFTR) Maintenance and Sustainment

1 Sync assisted in maintaining and sustaining the existing Air Force Training Record (AFTR) underlying   architecture in the Automated Distributed Learning System (ADLS). AFTR is a single-user, web-based Education & Training (E&T) documentation application. The support 1 Sync provided allowed Career Field Managers (CFMs), MAJCOM Functional Managers (MFMs), Commanders, Base Training Managers (BTMs), Unit Training Managers (UTMs), supervisors and individual Airmen with an interactive, computer-based tool for rapid implementation of formal Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) management. Our team provided support in the areas of database administration, software development, information systems security, systems analysis and help desk support.

EZ-Query Support

1 Sync provided support in the areas of Software Development, Database Administration, Systems Administration, Information Assurance and Helpdesk Support. Our team assisted in the design, development, testing, maintenance and sustainment of the EZ Query application and associated interfaces in compliance with AF/DOD standards.
